Delivery & Inspection
We kindly ask all customers to check their shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage, missing items, or irregularities, please inform the delivery service directly and contact us without delay. This allows us to start resolving the issue quickly and effectively.
Support in Case of Defects
Should a product show defects or quality issues, we will assist you in clarifying the matter with the responsible manufacturer or workshop. Our aim is to find a fair solution – whether through replacement, repair, or another suitable arrangement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Limitations of Liability
- We cannot accept liability for damages caused by improper handling or use of the products.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
- Once goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk of transport passes to the customer, but we will support you in filing claims.
Your statutory rights as a consumer, including warranty and withdrawal rights, remain fully unaffected. Our customer service team is always available to help resolve any issues in cooperation with our partners.
