1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop. Any differing conditions from the customer will not apply unless expressly agreed by us.

2. Contract partner & conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with shop.bauhaus-movement.com.

Product displays in the shop are not legally binding offers but an online catalog. You may place products in the cart without obligation and correct entries at any time before submitting your order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. Receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately by email.

Prepayment: Acceptance is by separate email within two days, including our bank details.

PayPal / PayPal Plus: You will be redirected to PayPal, confirm payment there, and once PayPal initiates the transaction, your offer is accepted.

3. Contract language & storage

The contract language is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms by email. You may access the contract in your customer login.

4. Delivery terms

Additional shipping costs apply to product prices. Specific shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available:

• Prepayment / Bank transfer – shipping after payment is received
• PayPal / PayPal Plus – may include credit card, SEPA direct debit, or “Pay Later” depending on availability

Options shown during checkout may vary depending on the delivery country.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these immediately to the carrier and inform us without delay. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

8. Warranty & guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply. For used items, the warranty period is one year after delivery.

The above limitations do not apply if damages are caused:

• to life, body, or health,
• by intent or gross negligence,
• through breach of essential contractual duties,
• under a guarantee (if applicable),
• or within the scope of product liability law.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for damages to life, body, or health, under express guarantees, and under product liability law.

For slightly negligent breaches of essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers may use this platform to resolve disputes.

We are obliged to participate in dispute resolution before the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (www.verbraucher-schlichter.de).
