The children's art book "Tribal dances" is dedicated to Oskar Schlemmer and his works of art that fire the imagination of young and old with a child-oriented swing.

Tribal, the new dancer of the ballet troupe, slips into one of Schlemmer's crazy costumes and sets off on a search for clues. In the process, he meets figures such as the spherical Smartie lady, the bag dancer and the wire man, takes part in the dragon festival at the Bauhaus art school and mingles with the students.
